Need your AC checked/cleaned for the season?

If you can’t remember the last time you had your air conditioner looked at, it’s probably overdue for a check-up. We don’t have to tell you how important proper heating and cooling is when you live in North Texas. With temperatures that consistently hover in the upper 90s, every Texas homeowner must have cooling technology that they can count on. Having regular AC maintenance service will not only keep your system cooling to its best potential but it will lengthen the system's life.

In an AC tune up we will:

• Clean the condenser coils for FREE

• Check refrigerant (freon) levels

• Check thermostat

• Inspect ductwork and air temperatures to ensure proper temperature drop

• Inspect indoor coil

• Check filter

• Test the system to ensure each component is safely operating

• Test capacitor charge

We recommend scheduling AC maintenance at least once a year in the early spring. However, if you have an air conditioner over 10 years old, you may want to schedule tune-ups twice a year. Having your system inspected, checked and tuned up before summer hits is the best way to get through the season without experiencing breakdowns.
